Training Schedule
We are a local athletics club for the West Kerry (Dingle Peninsula) area providing training and coaching for juveniles (8 to 17 year olds) and adults.
Cross Country Training
August to October
We provide cross country training at the Dingle pitch and putt course 2 evenings a week from August to the end of October:
Monday 6pm to 7pm - Endurance session.
Wednesday 6pm to 7pm - Speed/Interval session.
Athletics Training
November to June
We provide indoor and outdoor athletics training at Coláiste Ide 2 evenings a week from November to June:
Monday 7pm to 7:50pm - Primary school kids (Group 1).
Monday 8:10pm to 9pm - Secondary school kids.
Wednesday 6pm to 6:50pm - Primary school kids (Group 2).
Wednesday 7:10pm to 8pm - Adults
Road Running Training
All year round
We have adult groups that regularly organise road runs around West Kerry, perfect if you are training for a 5km, 10km, half marathon or full marathon.
